We use infrared thermography to illuminate areas of inefficiency in the home, uncover potential problems behind the walls, and detect safety issues in the electrical system. We use professional grade robotics (crawlspace rovers and aerial drones) when unsafe conditions or lack of space would otherwise prevent us from reporting on the crawlspace or roof conditions. We never make excuses for providing our clients with an incomplete report. Instead, we find innovative ways to overcome the challenges we face.
