About Us
Meet The Owner
I’m Garrett Gerard, owner and operator of Gerard Home Inspection, and I've been inspecting homes and commercial structures since 2009. I began my career in the insurance industry, moved into inspecting homes for real estate transactions, and finally started my own business. I’m also an active member of the Kentucky Air National Guard where I’ve been a jet engine mechanic for over 12 years. When I’m not working, I spend most of my free time on woodworking projects, including building cabinets and furniture. I've developed an eye for craftsmanship and mechanics that comes in handy when I’m inspecting every detail of your new home. I like to think it’s your job to find a home you love, and my job to make sure you know exactly what you’re getting.
I really enjoy helping people learn about the homes they’re buying. Call us if you’re ready to schedule a home inspection or if I can answer any questions about our services.
